FIBRAT INDUSTRIAL LINE

The fibrat line of the Gruppo Itexa includes a series of Surface Conditioning products, an innovative abrasive material intended for the treatment of surfaces, where is required particular attention in respect of the shape and the quality of the workmanship. Its particular structure also allows the product to be more resistant than traditional flexible abrasives, as well as guaranteeing a costant and accurate finish. Thanks to ist conformation, Fibrat is an union between a classic fabric and an innovative abrasive non-woven fiber, highly flexible and amortize, ideal for use on non–flat surfaces, which is perfectly suited for conversion into belts and discs. Fibrat fibers are available in 4 different types, depending on the required application.

Low Stretch

Surface Conditioning which guarantees a high quality finish,characterized by high resistance and low elongation. Suitable for transfromation into medium and large belts. Available in the variants shown in the table.

Heavy duty

Surface Conditioning whose rigid and heavy structure, with high resistance, makes it a product suitable for processing into belts that do not require flexibility and into discs for where greater removal capacity is required. Available in the variants shown in the table.
